Breakfast was more than satisfactory, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy, with a minimalist look. The reception staff were very polite and always willing to help or offer directions. It's about 20 minutes to the city center by trolleybus, with the stop only around 200 meters from the hotel. Reception can also give you a voucher confirming you're a guest, which provides 24 hours of free public transport.

There's free parking, and the bus stop is close by. The hotel also gives out free public transport tickets. Great place, I'd recommend it!

Breakfast was great, even though it was the same each day. The room was okay for the price, but it wasn't especially clean. A water pitcher in the corner had a dead spider in it and was dusty. The bathroom itself was clean, but the shower setup was odd: the doors opened out and left the floor soaking wet. We used all our towels to dry it so nobody would slip, then asked for replacements and got only hand towels. My husband, daughter and I stayed a few nights while touring Salzburg. For North American travelers, be aware there's no air conditioning. It wasn't a spectacular stay, but it wasn't bad either, and for what we paid, it was worth it.

The breakfast was excellent, and the bus stop is just a minute away. The room was very clean and had a good view of the street across from the hotel. The bathroom was unusual and not very practical. A good hotel, though it could be better, and still respectable.

We found a little centipede on our friend's pillow. Seriously, what is this? At 105 euros a night, we expected more.
