The team here were the friendliest people I met on my trip to Germany. At check-in, the receptionist gave us a quick introduction to the area, and several bus stops are just a short walk away. The room was on the second floor, compact but well organized, with plenty of storage and enough power outlets, including handy USB ports. It had a small private shower, while the toilet was outside the room. Just take care that water doesn’t spill out when showering. Guests can use hot water and a microwave downstairs. They also provide a transportation card, and if you check in online the day before, they can email it ahead so it’s ready to use when you arrive at the station. Very thoughtful. There’s no elevator, so luggage has to go up and down the stairs. We had a very pleasant stay 👍🏻

A little away from the center, but there are restaurants, bus stops, and a grocery store close by. It’s a great little hostel. Reception was friendly, and my room was comfortable and well equipped, with its own shower and sink. The shared bathroom was very clean.

My daughter and I had a great time at Pension Elisabeth. We explored Salzburg on foot and managed to get to every place on our list. Public transport was very easy to use as well. The location worked perfectly for us, and the staff were friendly and helpful, always checking whether they could do anything for us.

The staff at Pension Elizabeth were very friendly and helpful, and their replies to our questions before arrival were outstanding. We found it great value and would definitely stay again. Our clean, spacious apartment was comfortable for our family of four. We were on the third level of the annexe under sloping roofs, which added charm, though taller people need to watch their heads. A bus into town stops right outside, but the walk takes an easy 15 minutes, so we didn’t take it. The main train station is also easy to reach on foot, even with luggage, and its bus terminal makes day trips a breeze.
