Hotel Post

Dinner was something we looked forward to every night. The five-course à la carte menu was clearly thought through, with different dishes each evening, lovely combinations of flavour and top-quality ingredients. The fresh local produce really came through. Breakfast was excellent too, with continental and local options and a fresh juice machine. Caleb, Holly and Laura were our servers throughout the stay. They were warm, attentive, easy to talk to, and knew the menu and wine pairings well. The spa and sauna were another favourite after skiing, with modern facilities that were always wonderfully hot. Our room was cosy and modern, the beds were very comfortable, and the little touches made it easy to relax. Housekeeping was spotless and discreet, and the whole hotel felt stylish and well maintained. We were upgraded on arrival, check-in was quick and easy, and the concierge was friendly and helpful with recommendations, bookings and questions. From the start, the staff made it clear they cared about our stay. Everything felt well looked after, from the service to the facilities. Nothing seemed rushed or overlooked, and the team clearly takes pride in what they do. It was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had. We left feeling relaxed and very well cared for, already wanting to return to Hotel Post. If you’re visiting St Anton and value comfort, quality and attentive service, this place is an easy recommendation.

The facilities and food were excellent, and the team were consistently warm and professional. They went out of their way to make us comfortable throughout our stay at Hotel Post, and the service was exceptional. I’d absolutely recommend it, although I’m half afraid it’ll get too popular, haha. They’d deserve the attention. 10/10.

We spent a week here at the end of summer and couldn’t fault the hotel. The food was incredible, honestly deserves at least 6 stars. Dinner started with a buffet salad, then a different menu every evening, with amazing soups and mains just as tasty and well prepared. You’d have a hard time finding better food elsewhere. The team were friendly and polite, and greeted us warmly whenever we came into the hotel or restaurant. The central location is fantastic, right by the lifts, the busy area and the train station. The indoor spa and outdoor pool are fabulous, and everywhere was spotless. Thank you to the whole team.

We stayed seven nights as a group for the St Anton Marathon and felt very welcome. Nina at the front office deserves a special mention: she was professional and always ready to help. The rooms were comfortable, the staff attentive and the food amazing. Though it’s quiet and we slept well, the hotel is right in the centre, with easy access to the main sights, shops and gondolas.
