Tirolerhof

The young woman at reception was kind, smiley, and helpful. The accommodation itself is simple, with a good breakfast but nothing especially notable. The room was clean and okay, though the old-fashioned style was a bit much for me 😉 The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbours clearly. Still, the price for what you get seems fair, so I’m not complaining.

We stopped for one night while travelling. The staff were super friendly, and the place was clean and cosy. Plenty of parking, too.

The location is alright 👍, but the property feels completely worn out and not like somewhere I’d want to stay for a holiday. Service was average. The breakfast had very few choices, mostly things that weren’t cooked. My room was around 110 Sq feet, with the wash basin in the room rather than the bathroom. The balcony was large, but mostly smelled of smoke from people on other balconies. WiFi kept disconnecting, and the swimming pool is small. It feels like it’s there just to attract better reviews.

For the price, I think it’s a good base for exploring the area. The room isn’t huge, but there’s enough space, while the bathroom is tiny. As you can see in the photo, the sink is in the room. Breakfast is basic but included. There’s a small pool, free parking that shouldn’t be a problem, and a shared fridge on the floor with plates and glasses if you want to eat in your room.
