This was our third time at Hotel Jenewein, and we loved it again. We'd visited in the quieter part of ski season before, so I wondered whether half-term might be different, but they were even better. The spa has several sauna and steam rooms, so it never feels crowded, and the massage treatments are just what you need after skiing. The food is excellent, the rooms are tidy and very clean, and the ski-in, ski-out position is perfect. Best of all, the staff are superb and really know hospitality. I'd thoroughly recommend a stay. You won't be disappointed.

It's right beside the ski slopes, which is a good location, but the food was terrible, even though both breakfast and dinner were included. One evening, dinner was a jacket potato with chopped vegetables and no butter, beans, or cheese. The beds were clean but awful, the most uncomfortable I've had in a hotel. Even putting three extra duvets on the mattress didn't help. Some of the reception staff were also quite hostile.

The location beside the slopes is perfect, and the spa and sauna are among the best I've seen at a ski resort. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the evening meals were exceptional, with a different menu each day. My stay exceeded expectations, and I'll definitely return. Thanks to everyone at Hotel Jenewein!

The hotel has a lovely, warm atmosphere, with nice rooms, a fine restaurant, and a well-designed ski room with separate lockers. At the end of the week, all the staff said goodbye. They'd been brilliant and so helpful, making the place feel homey, and I made sure to tip each of them.

We had a wonderful view of the mountains from our balcony, and the room was spacious enough. The ski room was well equipped, with individual lockers that lock. Breakfast and dinner were wonderful. The lift is right next door, and the supermarket is very close.
