The Romeo and Julia room worked really well for our annual company summit. It could be split in two, had good ventilation and all the stationery and electronic equipment we needed. The sturdy tables were easy to move, and the chairs were comfortable. The staff were kind and available throughout. A few dietary requests hadn't come through in time on the first evening, but they fixed that quickly and things ran smoothly after that. The catering changed each day, so it never got dull, and even delegates with dietary needs enjoyed it. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious, with a lovely view of the courtyards from the balconies. The recreation room was fun and everything worked, while the peaceful spa was well looked after. The hotel was easy to find in Stockerau, with parks, plazas, pharmacies and grocery stores nearby. A fantastic conference venue, with amazing staff.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and both the food and breakfast were reasonable. My room and bathroom were clean; the bathroom looked modern and recently updated. Once I got into bed, it was comfortable, though the single bed was low and small, which was hard with my mobility issues. There was no air conditioning, and the room got hot. The supplied fan helped a little, but if you want a cold room in summer, this may not suit you. I stayed one night.

In September 2018 we stayed here for one night while visiting Vienna. The room was huge, with a sofa in the living area and a TV in both that space and the bedroom. The bathroom was enormous too, with a big corner bath and an extra-large walk-in shower, almost as big as some hotel apartments we've stayed in. We were at the front of the hotel. I don't think the back has been renovated yet. The interior was very modern, the food was good, and everything else was great. I'd definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

The buffet restaurant felt very cramped, though the food was pleasant and the staff were too. The hotel is modernised and well equipped, but it could really use air conditioning. The loud oscillating fan just pushed the hot air around. Room sizes varied a lot, some people had palatial rooms while ours was tiny.

Parking is a bit of a problem if you don't want to use the hotel's garage. The hotel itself has changed a lot since I last visited, when it was a small family place. It's now a proper business hotel, with renovated, clean rooms and a very good breakfast.
