The breakfast was great, and the staff were helpful. The hotel isn't near the main attractions, so you'd have to walk about 30 minutes, though public transport access is good. Room interiors are just okay, and the carpet needs refreshing. A fridge isn't guaranteed in every room, apparently it's only in upgraded rooms. There are no outlets near the kettle, so it has to be moved by the TV.

I had to leave after the first night because of a family bereavement. There was a little trouble communicating at first, but management took the time to review my situation and was very kind in refunding all the unused nights. I really appreciate their understanding and professionalism. Thank you again.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and thoughtful, especially toward our little one. At checkout they gave our child a colouring book and pens, which made him so happy. The room was comfortable and clean, with nothing to fault. We loved the wellness facilities, particularly the top-floor jacuzzi and sauna with their lovely city views. Breakfast was outstanding, with lots of delicious options. Arcotel Wimberger is in a great spot on a main boulevard, with tram and bus stops right outside for exploring the city. Schönbrunn Palace was only a 7-minute drive away, and a shopping centre was five minutes on foot. Parking is quite expensive at €32 per day, but the car park is spacious, and direct lift access to reception and rooms is convenient. We'd definitely choose this hotel again.

A nicely renovated hotel in a perfect location. We were two adults and a child, and he got a proper third bed at no extra charge. The breakfasts were excellent. Highly recommended.

The location sits between the city center and schonbrunn Palace. Our two nights went fine, and the room was comfortable, though nothing special. Service was okay, but the staff weren't very friendly and could come across as borderline rude. The bed wasn't fully made, so we had to finish it ourselves. Maybe that's an Austrian custom.
