Flemings Hotel Wien-Stadthalle

We stayed for three nights and four days in October as a couple, and I can't think of any real negatives. The check-in and checkout were quick and easy. Our room was clean, quiet, and warm, with a comfortable bed and a big TV. It had a capsule coffee machine, a powerful hairdryer, a safe, and a cool shower cabinet. The toilet was in its own small room, which was good for privacy. We could reach the room by lift. The location was ideal, just three minutes from the U3 Line and some bus lines, and very close to Mariahilfer Str., the big main street with lots of shops. I didn't use the Wi-Fi or eat at the Hotel, so I can't comment on either. Would definitely recommend!

The twin beds in my room weren't to my taste, though the room itself was good enough and I liked its interior design. There wasn't a hotel luggage room, so paid lockers were the only option, which gave me a hostel feeling. Still, I liked the hotel and thought the value for money was good. It's in the city, close to westbanhof and mariehilfe, so the location is good and it's easy to find.

The rooms were quite comfortable, and the breakfast was decent, acceptable overall. It's about a 10-minute walk to the metro, so the location isn't bad. The big downside was online customer service. I couldn't get a response to any of my questions.

The room was clean and generally okay, and the location is really good, close to everything and the center. But the reception experience was horrible. When we arrived, the staff saw us and went to the back office. They weren't welcoming at all. Then we filled in a form, but nobody asked for our documents or checked the form against them. I'd never experienced anything like that before.
