We paid 500 euros for two rooms after booking them through the Agoda app at 10 pm on 23 November 2024, expecting to stay that night. We reached the hotel about 15 minutes later, but couldn't get into either room because nobody sent us the password. We couldn't find anyone to contact, so we had to go back to the airport. The hotel later refused to refund us, saying we hadn't gone there. We did go, but couldn't enter. They never responded to our explanation, even though the situation was clear. It felt as if they thought our payment was a donation. Be careful, they don't seem to care about guests' complaints.

Rooms are spacious and clean, and the place is good to stay at. There's no reception: you collect the key from an automatic dispenser and leave it in a return box at checkout. I didn't see an elevator, so choose a ground-floor room if you're carrying heavy bags. Street parking is free on weekends, saving you the 15 euros per night. The safes didn't seem very secure.

The beds were awful, and the apartment felt dark and depressing despite the nice weather, with hardly any natural light. The kitchen setup was really poor, just a sink and electric rings combined??? The area was okay, but getting to the centre means a walk or public transport. I love Vienna, but I was glad to leave this apartment. Not worth the money.

We slept really well on the amazing mattresses, and the Hahn Apartments had everything we needed, even for a longer stay. The furnishings were modern and the place was very clean. We spent two nights there on a weekend in Vienna. The neighborhood was quiet but colorful, with interesting restaurants and bars nearby. The Danube is only five minutes away on foot, with bars, sand-filled decks, fancy restaurants, and a lively crowd, especially appealing on a hot summer day or evening. Stephansplatz is about 15-20 minutes away on foot or by subway. A very pleasant stay, and I'd happily recommend the Hahn apartments.
