The hotel is clean, and the garden is lovely and well cared for. We had our two dogs with us, so we really appreciated that it’s dog friendly. The owner was very kind and accommodating, breakfast was great, and our room was good with comfortable beds. The atmosphere and location were lovely too, just 50m from the lake.

My first solo trip with my dog was made easy by the host and his team, who looked after us and met all our needs. Breakfast in the garden was a highlight, with beautiful views and lovely vintage cutlery and plates. My room also had a lake view, something other hotels didn’t offer to solo travelers. Hotel Harrida sits right by the lake, a little apart from the other hotels in Techendorf but still close to the Weißensee ship, restaurants, cafes, and hiking trails. The house is beautiful, cozy, and remarkably well preserved from the 20's. If you like a personal touch and want something different from a standard hotel chain, I think you and your pet will love Hotel Harrida. I highly recommend it. Thanks to the team for their hospitality!

Book half-board here, it’s a Deal and the food is delicious. Attila, the boss, Annette, the chocolate chip cookie magician, and Günter, the kitchen Chef, make for a truly charming getaway. It’s an "intact-retro" villa, with grandma running it from the 40s on, set on a vast tract of land that goes right down to the private boathouse and pier for a refreshing swim in the Weissensee. Bikes are available for exploring the marshlands and forests. Time really does slow down here.

The hosts were very unfriendly and seemed to watch everything you did. The food was bad. I really can’t recommend it.
