The two very spacious saunas we tried were the cherry on top. The location is fabulous, right on the lake, and the rooms were completely clean, recently renovated, and comfortable. The owner-hosts were professional and kind, and every detail made it clear they enjoy welcoming guests. We're already counting the days until we can come back.

The stay itself was fine, but the way our reservation for next year was handled was poor. We'd been coming every year since 2015, at the same time and in the same apartment. This year the boss simply told us she'd already given "our" apartment to other guests. She offered a later date or an apartment with less comfort, and I was really disappointed. After all those years as a customer, I felt disregarded. Well, we've booked a really luxurious apartment on the other side of the lake for next year. Should I be thankful to the boss?

The tasty breakfast and great staff made our stay at Seehause Winkler such a pleasure. We enjoyed all the amenities and would highly recommend the place.

We loved staying here with the kids. It’s about as good a place as you could hope to find for a family.
