Colleen and John have everything sorted, and they're friendly, hospitable, helpful and accommodating, with great personalities and a good sense of humor. We rented a very comfortable, fully equipped one-bedroom apartment for four nights. It's right by the main road, close to town, beaches, restaurants and the marina, so there are no long uphill treks. The pool was super clean and just perfect. We'd definitely stay here again.

The heated pool was perfect for our midwinter visit, and the hosts were lovely. Our king-size bed was very comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment was handy. There's undercover parking too. The spacious, very clean apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, dining space inside and on the private balcony. Nice views, and town, the beach, restaurants and cafes are all within walking distance. One of the nicest places I've stayed anywhere.

We arrived on Xmas day, and our check-in luggage was delayed, so we didn't have the alcohol we'd packed for a few Chrissy drinks that evening. John, our hostess, was incredibly helpful and lent us more than a carton of beer. Absolutely legendary, she turned Christmas from stressful to stress-free. The rooms were clean and close to all the shops and restaurants, right across from the marina. We couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The hill and stairs were maybe the one tough part 🤣, but they didn't kill us. The place itself was amazing, modern, clean and conveniently located, and the staff were super friendly. Thanks for the exceptional service, Colleen!

The owner was really nice. On our first day, we had only about 20 minutes before our sunset cruise, and he gave us a ride so we got there just in time. The accommodation was very nice and clean, with all the utilities we needed for a comfortable trip, including laundry. It's right by the town centre, with views of the sunrise and Port of Airlie.
