The staff made the holiday feel amazing. They were friendly, professional, patient, and understanding, and treated us like friends. We felt welcomed, valued, and never rushed. The room was well laid out and fully equipped, with a very comfortable bed and fresh linen. The motel is just across the road from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The location and room quality were already great, but the staff made the stay. I highly recommend it, especially the team. Thanks to all of you.
They’re thoughtful about dogs, which is a big plus, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The space felt calm and welcoming, spotless without being clinical. From booking onward, communication was clear and consistent, and you spoke with a real person. The staff were caring, friendly, and attentive; they answered questions patiently and never made anything feel like too much trouble. It’s clearly well run and immaculately clean. I’ll absolutely return and recommend it.
Casita is within walking distance of shops, including a pharmacy and Crumb Cafe, and the text support was very responsive. Getting in was easy: they sent a code for the key lockbox. We stayed one night in February 2026 in the Casita Deluxe Ocean View Room, Casita 2 - Vivo. It worked well for our group of four and could suit a longer stay too, with an oven, stove, fridge, and dishwasher in the kitchenette. There’s a ceiling fan in the room, which is rare in Australia, and they provided beach towels as well as shower towels. The bathroom had standard shampoo and a hairdryer, though the shower might feel cramped if you’re larger. The shared pool is quite small, but the sea is right there for a swim. Recommended!
The pool was great and worked for both strong and average swimmers. There’s also convenient laundry that’s open 24/7. The hotel has good service and sits near food, parks, and shore walks. I’d recommend it to anyone.
We only booked for one night at the last minute because we couldn’t find anywhere else, and we were lucky to come across this lovely, very clean place. The bedrooms were clean and the beds comfortable, and the toilets and shower were very clean too. We’re checking out tomorrow, but we’re pleased we found it and will come back.
