It’s getting harder to find these old South Coast beach shacks, so this is a good chance to experience one. The place has that classic 1960s-1970s feel, with fireplaces inside and out for cooler weather. There’s a lovely open area out back with a BBQ, and the layout includes a sitting room, two bedrooms, a separate kitchen and dining area, laundry, bathroom, and two toilets. Bring your own linen. It’s near the national park, with both lagoon beaches and clear surf beaches easy to get to. Seems suited to any time of year.
