We had a fantastic 19-night stay and would definitely come back. It’s a quiet, safe spot close to great cafes and transport. The apartment had everything we needed: the kitchen, air conditioning, washer and dryer were all clean and worked perfectly. We arrived around 9:30 PM and had a slight delay getting someone on the phone, but staff responded as quickly as they could to help with check-in. That meant a lot to our tired family of four, and we were able to settle into a comfortable room promptly. Every member of the front desk team was friendly and helpful throughout the stay, taking care of our questions. Their service was impeccable.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and had great facilities, and the staff seemed happy to help with anything. My bed was comfy and I slept well. The receptionist was efficient and sweet. When I asked at check-in whether there was a trolley for my luggage, they said yes, then brought it over to my car after I parked. Thanks, Bella, Aditi and Queena. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The one-bedroom apartments are lovely, but we wouldn’t stay here again while the nearby building work is going on. There was no warning about the current construction noise, and it woke us at dawn. The balcony was unusable because of it. We stayed four nights. The pool area is sheltered but windy, gets no sun, and the water is freezing.

The apartment was spotless and well equipped, with a fabulous city view. It was also in a handy location, about a 15-minute walk from central Brisbane. We’d just arrived from England, and Aditi and Queena greeted us warmly, answered all our questions and made us feel welcome. Given the quality of their service, we thought the apartments were very reasonably priced. We’ll definitely return and recommend them to others.
