The front desk staff were pleasant, but the two apartments we booked were both unclean and uncared for. The shower walls were filthy, and someone else’s used soap was still there. All the toiletries had already been partly used, and one fridge still contained another guest’s food. Half the curtains were missing in the rooms. It wasn’t worth the price.

The location is good, the beds are comfortable, reception was nice, and you even get a free chocolate. But I wouldn’t bring a toddler here. If your little one wants to touch everything or roll around on the carpet, you’ll understand. The rooms were outdated, the door handle was broken, and the carpet was 🤢.

We arrived at 11am expecting to check in, after I’d called three times and messaged to confirm the early check-in. They’d assured me the room would definitely be ready then. Instead, the receptionist had AirPods in and said we’d need to wait an hour. I got frustrated because it had been confirmed four times. The boss came down and moved us to a different room that should be ready sooner, but we still waited 40 minutes for the cleaners, while we had somewhere to be. Once we got in, the smell was horrible. There were carpet stains, a black mark on a curtain, poo stains in one toilet and mould all over the bathtub. It was a complete mess. My girlfriends and I won’t stay here again, and neither should you.

The worst hotel experience I’ve had. Our room was filthy, with stained pillowcases and dirty walls, floors and curtains. The shower was covered in mould, the shower head and toilet seat were broken, and there was burnt cheese left in the oven. The hallways were disgusting and stank. We were shown two other rooms to choose from, but they were just as gross. We were meant to stay another 7 nights, but found somewhere else instead. It’s a health and safety hazard. They were no help when we asked for a refund. Shame zero stars isn’t an option.
