I booked the room four months ahead, but when I arrived they said they had no information about it. I showed them the confirmation and he agreed I had booked with them. Then he came up with excuses, saying they must have double-booked me and would have emailed to say it was cancelled. I wish he hadn't lied and made that up. I was left scrambling to find a hotel at the last minute and felt really let down. While I was trying to find somewhere, children were screaming, which made an already awful situation worse. 1/10, never coming back.

Michelle and the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the room was huge, clean and comfortable. I loved my stay with my dog. I’d booked a week, then had a family tragedy, and Michelle made room for me to stay an extra week. I highly recommend staying here, especially with your fur kids.

Michelle is a gem, and her quaint motel is in a prime, central location, close to everything we needed. The rooms are lovely, clean and roomy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The gardens and the whole place are well maintained. We’ll absolutely stay here every visit if we can!

A clean, warm, cosy unit with good space, privacy and quiet. There are 24-hour security cameras and a car park right in front. Kids have swings, and it’s a good location within walking distance of Macca's and Westfield Mall.

We came up because of a family emergency and were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality, cleanliness, location and beautiful gardens. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Fur babies are welcome too. Michelle made us feel welcome and helped make the stay pleasant. I’ll definitely come back with my fur baby and recommend the place. Thanks!
