The location is excellent, with a grocery store just a short walk away. Our room was clean and tidy, and the staff were happy to help. Parking, including visitor parking, was plentiful and easy to access with a regular-sized car.

The connecting rooms were ready a full three hours before check-in. They were pristine, airy and more spacious than I'd expected. Jess also arranged a birthday gift for me, which really touched me. Little extras like the complimentary Pepsi and chips were a lovely thought too. We didn't eat them, but it was nice to have the option of a snack. I'd never heard of QUEST before this stay, but now I'm a fan. The welcome in the lobby felt so warm and personal, with coffee to get the day going and lolly treats. The staff were so welcoming I half expected a red carpet. DANA was a trainee, which surprised me because she was polished and personable, with spot-on communication. She made me feel at home, like we'd known each other forever. And JESS was incredibly professional and kind, going out of her way to look after me. Her care and attention turned an ordinary stay into a memorable one, and I felt like a VIP. Thanks for such a positive experience. QUEST has won me over, and it'll be my first choice for future stays. You've set the bar high.

The service was great and the location is awesome, close to plenty of public transport, supermarkets, pubs and the gabba. The rooms are average at best, but fine for a solo business trip.

The room was big and clean, with friendly staff, easy parking, and a lovely breakfast Cafe downstairs. But it's been three weeks and they still haven't released my holding deposit. I've contacted them and I'm still waiting!

There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and a petrol station nearby. Good location. Underground parking is available for $20 per night, Dec 25.
