Spring Hill Gardens Apartments

The price was so reasonable, and it’s only about a five-minute walk to Woolworths and more. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything my son and his father needed for a good stay, and I found no faults when the lovely man showed me around. The building is old, which we understand. The staff were ever so friendly and helpful, even after I explained that my son’s father can be a little fussy. Thank you. I’ll make this their regular place to stay.

The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable, though the beds weren’t so good and the place was looking a little shabby. It’s quiet, away from the city bustle but still quite close. The garden surroundings are lovely, and it’s an easy walk down to the river and along the river walk to nice restaurants at Eagle Pier and elsewhere. I’d recommend it.

I’m so glad I found Spring Hill for my three-week stay. Sue was helpful from my booking call right through to after I left. The room had all I needed in the kitchen, in-room laundry, a huge balcony, and a great pool. It was lovely, and everything was an easy walk away. I 100% recommend Spring Hill if you’re visiting Brisbane =)

Spring Garden apartments is a lovely place, just minutes on foot from the CBD, and great value. It has a lot of potential with some work and minor improvements. I was disappointed to return to spring Hill after staying there several times a few years ago. Everything was clean and neat, but it looked tired. Spring Hill garden apartments is in dire need of maintenance and refurbishment.
