We loved our week at Poinciana cottages and on Norfolk Island. The cottages were clean, and the bed and pillows were lovely and comfortable. The location was handy for town but still so quiet. Jackie and Peter were kind and helpful hosts. Thank you.

We first stayed with Jackie and Peter about 16 years ago, and this visit was just as satisfying. Our last-minute booking came about because of COVID airline issues, and Jackie was accommodating and obliging at short notice. The quiet cottages are centrally located, with quality inclusions, a balcony, and picturesque valley views. It's an easy, flat walk to town, shops, clubs, and markets, and the included hire vehicle makes the property easy to get to. The units have been well maintained, modernised, and kept spotlessly clean. This was our sixth Norfolk Island visit, with stays in five different places. Poinciana offers good value, quality accommodation, and a great location.

We slept better here than we have in ages, and the whole stay was trouble-free and delightful. My husband and I were welcomed like old friends, and that warm reception continued throughout our time at Poinciana. I'd recommend these cottages.

Jackie and Peter's self-contained cottages are cute, very quiet, and extremely clean. The shops are an easy walk away. Highly recommend.
