I had an amazing stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was great, and the location made it easy to walk wherever I wanted to go. My partner and I lost our phones, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Special thanks to the lovely man at the front desk, he was an absolute darling. Thanks for having us, I’ll be back!

The apartment was lovely for my first trip to Cairns. It was spotless, with comfortable beds and good quality sheets and towels. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were clean. Great value for the price, and I’d definitely stay again if I return to Cairns.

Apartment 5 was a large, clean two-bedroom place, and it was quiet and very comfortable. The price was great too. It’s a short walk into town and about a seven-minute drive to Cairns Shopping Centre.

Everything seemed to work, but there was visible wear and tear and some things felt outdated, so the apartment could use an upgrade or remodel. That’s why I’ve given four stars instead of five. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a huge living room. The location was central and convenient but still quiet, and not far from the airport.

A few things could be improved: the kitchen utensils were quite old, the bedside lamps were dusty, and there was quite a bit of mould on the carpet and in the bathrooms, which made the stay unpleasant at times. Better replacement and upkeep would make a difference. We stayed a few nights and otherwise had a good experience. The location was handy for walking to most places, and there was plenty of on-site and street parking if you have a car. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The kitchen was a decent size for cooking, and the linen and towels were fresh and clean.
