The bed and pillows were comfortable, and it was quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were well priced. Staying right on Palmer st made it easy to choose somewhere to eat. I'll definitely come back to Palmer Collective.

The staff were very accommodating with disability parking when we arrived, and made sure a space would be available when we returned from the football. Our rooms were clean and lovely, and they were able to arrange interconnecting rooms for us. We were in town for a football event, so the location was fantastic, with places to eat nearby and the stadium close by. Complimentary water, tea, coffee and milk were nice extras. We'd highly recommend it and look forward to coming back. Thanks kindly.

We spent three days at Palmer Collective and had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly, the restaurant meals were tasty, and the coffee was excellent. I'd gladly stay again and recommend it to others.

The rooms are basic but well looked after, which worked well for a business trip. Palmer Street is right nearby with food, drinks and entertainment, and it's an easy five-minute walk to the CBD. Getting to the airport is easy too.

I stayed for a month and the staff were very accommodating. The food is great, especially the lunch and dinner menu, and the portions are massive for the price. Shops and a chemist are close by, and it's a 15-minute walk to the Strand. I found the area quiet, so it was nice to rest. There's now free laundry with detergent supplied. On weekends, room service knocked to check I had all the supplies I needed.
