The location is good, but the rooms are a bit old and not very clean. Ours was on the second floor, with no lift, and there was no daily housekeeping. We had to ask for supplies. The shower wasn’t working properly, the door wouldn’t close all the way, and the exhaust fan was very noisy. They fixed the shower after we reported it. The TV audio wasn’t good either, and parking isn’t free. Reception didn’t seem to be staffed very well. Overall, an average motel.

Maria in the office was really helpful and engaging. The apartment was large, bright, quiet and very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The central location was great. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back.

The reception man was really friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The place is only a relaxed five-minute walk from the esplanade, and it had the promised amenities. You can also ask for extra things if you need them. I stayed three days in a studio apartment, but my room wasn't cleaned during that time. Still, it's a recommendable budget stay.

The staff were really nice, and the room was so big. My friend and I stayed for two nights and both liked it. They clean the kitchen every day, which is much better than at another hostel.

The location was very good and the room was okay. The person who checked us out was nice, but the receptionist at check-in wasn't helpful. They couldn't answer our parking questions and didn't mention that cutlery had to be rented. The kitchen hours were posted as 8 am to 7 pm, or something like that. The receptionist thought it might be open 24/7, which didn't help much when we wanted breakfast earlier and weren't sure.
