The staff were lovely and kept in touch by text, which made things easy. Our cabin was clean, roomy and comfortable, and we really appreciated the upgrade. We also enjoyed having so many food vans there each night. The kids had a ball. They spent hours in the swimming area and on the slides, and there was plenty of sport to try, plus mini golf. We'd definitely recommend staying here. They were never bored!

The shared kitchen was the letdown during my seven nights here. One BBQ stayed out of order the whole time, and two of the four gas burners weren't working either. With other guests using what was left, cooking could be a bit of a hassle. Still, I had a good stay overall. The park was clean and well looked after, in a convenient location, with a great atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. Better maintenance of the kitchen equipment would have made the experience excellent.

We stayed for a week and the kids had the best time. There was so much for them to do, and the park helped us book activities. Housekeeping was amazing, and our two bedroom cabin had heaps of room for all six of us. Shops and places to eat are within walking distance. Thanks so much!

The grounds and cabins were immaculately clean. You can tell looking after the grounds is a full time job, and the team have it down to an art. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, but Issy deserves a special mention for being so bubbly and outgoing. It takes someone special to stand out when the customer service is already 10/10, and Issy really does. The kids and I loved using the pedal karts and waterslides, playing tennis and handball. You can hire balls and gear for all sorts of games, which is great if you didn't bring your own. This was the best home base for our time in the Whitsundays.
