Fran and Paul were lovely, and nothing was too much trouble. They surprised me with a food and wine hamper while I was there with my little family for my 40th. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed, a real home away from home. We spotted turtles outside our balcony, and there’s a beautiful little beach downstairs with lovely warm water. The boardwalk has nice cafes about halfway around. Airlie Beach was a bit of a walk with little ones, so we hired a car to get around and explore outside town. Horseshoe Bay Beach was worth the drive and great for DIY snorkeling, and we enjoyed the Tuk Tuk tour too. We highly recommend staying here and will be back. Thanks, Fran and Paul!

The apartment had magic views and was within walking distance of Airlie and all the restaurants, though the walk home was harder with a full belly. We stayed six nights over Australia Day week 2026 and had an absolutely amazing time. My wife left a shirt behind, and the staff were happy to send it back to us. Would highly recommend. We’ll be back, thanks guys.

We couldn’t fault this place and can’t wait to return. Francine was lovely, helpful and accommodating, and the pool was great fun for our three young children. We got awesome value for money, with an amazing Coral Sea view from a beautifully decorated, spacious and clean interior. It had everything we needed and more. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Fran was an absolute delight to deal with before our stay, during it and at checkout. She really went above and beyond for Chelsea and me, and left us a lovely little gift for our 30th birthday weekend. We were 12 people across two three-bedroom places on the same level. The rooms were exceptional, with stunning views and spacious lounge and balcony areas. Great facilities too. Seriously, I can’t rate this place highly enough.

Fran, the manager, went out of her way to help with anything we needed and was always smiling. The apartments were clean, beautifully furnished, and had incredibly comfortable beds, fantastic views and an awesome pool. We had an amazing six-night stay. I highly recommend these apartments and will definitely come back.
