We stayed at Aberdare Lodge from 24th Sept to 1st Oct 2022 and would happily book again. George Street is quiet, with no traffic noise or other disturbances, and we could walk into Cessnock when we needed to. The house has spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water, which isn’t always the case in other accommodation. We also enjoyed the large TV with SmartTV access in the evenings. When we needed a few extra small things during the stay, our pleasant, helpful host Ashlee brought them promptly. My wife and I were very pleased with the accommodation and service.
