Raintree Motel

The people next door were obviously having some kind of issue and had no respect. They were Ealing quite loudly and banging around at 4am.

We could get real brewed coffee, not instant, from a machine in reception at any time of day. We’re coffee snobs, so that was great. The staff were friendly, helpful and so welcoming. Our room was large and clean, with a comfortable bed, and it stayed quiet despite the motel being on a busy road. There was plenty of parking too. For a great meal, you only have to walk across the road to the Sun Hotel. We’ll most certainly stay at Raintree Motel again.

The motel is close to the city center and surrounded by everything you need. I made a last-minute booking, and the check-in staff were really friendly and made it quick and easy. My room was clean, and the shower room spotless. The water pressure was amazing. I’d definitely stay here again, no worries. 100% no complaints about this motel!

The owners were lovely and accommodating from start to finish. The room was spotless, and they handled our extra requests without fuss. The only downside was a group of about 12 teens, a footy team, knocking on each others’ doors and peering through each others’ bathroom windows. It made for a late night, 2pm, and we were concerned for our car. My husband was also short on sleep while recovering from a medical procedure. They weren’t locals. It wasn’t the owners’ fault, and it doesn’t tarnish the facility or management at all, but those boys need to learn respect.
