For an overnight stay, it was fine, and I slept well. I was there on the 22nd of December when it was busy. The place is very clean, the receptionist was helpful and friendly, and I felt safe. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the aircon worked well, and the shower was a decent size. The sturdy doors lock well, though the locks are fiddly. There's a large luggage bench, fast wifi that connected quickly, and powerpoints above the side tables for charging. The wall holder for the remotes is a good idea. I was glad to get a ground floor room with parking outside. The curtains are blockout, though they don't shut out all the light; the room was still dark enough. It's very basic and expensive for what you get, so I wouldn't stay longer than a night. The room feels bland, with no gardens, plants or nice decor. Mine had a grey blanket and curtains that made it feel a bit like a cell. I didn't like that there was no kitchen sink, the bin was by the door instead of in the kitchen, and the bathroom sink had no room for toiletries or any shelves. Some guests were rude and noisy, leaving at 5am without keeping quiet. There was banging from screen and car doors for half an hour from 8am, plus road noise in the morning. Signs asking guests to be quiet in the car park might help.

Compact, clean and comfortable, with what you need for an overnight stay in Coffs Harbour. Staff communicated clearly and were helpful. The king size bed was comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water, and there was enough crockery, cutlery and glassware to make a quick coffee and breakfast. For easier unloading, ask for a ground floor room with onsite parking. Bring a coffee plunger if you want to make the most of the kettle.

We stopped here for one night on our road trip from QLD to Melbourne. The room had basic facilities and was comfortable, and the location was handy. Parking gets very tight when every space is occupied, and you may have to reverse all the way out to the main road. There was also a small, used carton of milk left in the fridge, so it seems the cleaning staff didn't spot or remove it.

The check-in was seamless, and the room was clean and had everything needed. It's a little dated and a bit pricey, though I booked at the last minute during a busy period. Good location.

We had to cancel because the highway was closed due to flooding, and although we were inside the 48 hour cancellation period, they refunded us straight away. We'd stayed before and had a great, comfortable room at a very friendly establishment. Thanks for the decency and common sense. We'll definitely come back later in the year.
