The sea view is lovely, and communication was great. But this place needs a lot of work on the guest experience. It seems to be an Airbnb run by an outside company. The location is fair for the price, a short drive from Coles Bay and near Marine farm for a quick meal. Inside, it was too dusty and needs a proper clean. The pots and pans need replacing, since I couldn’t make a proper sunny-side-up egg or omelette. There was no shampoo or other basic amenities, and the one small hair dryer isn’t practical for a place that can sleep more than four. There’s no fan or air conditioning, and one of the wall heaters didn’t work.
