The room was average and nothing fancy, though the Aircon worked and we appreciated having a microwave and kettle. The kids loved the clean pool, and we made good use of the barbecue facilities. It’s a short drive to Harbour town shopping centre, Pacific Fair, Seaworld and Surfers paradise.

We stayed for a week and liked not having to worry about daily room servicing. Extra towels and blankets were in the cupboards, and there was nice hot water. The air con works great, and it was very quiet despite being on a main road. Shops and everything else were within walking distance. A great little place with a nice pool and lovely owners. Thanks for your hospitality 😊 I highly recommend it.

The room is good for an older motel, and it’s in a good location. The air con is positioned oddly, so you can’t really feel much difference from it. The service was fantastic and friendly, and I loved how dog friendly they were and how accepting they are of your pet. I’d definitely stay here again.

The rooms are clean and relaxed, the air conditioning works really well, and Peta and Mark are always so helpful. I’ve stayed here for five weeks in total, and each time they’ve made me feel welcome. I’ve stayed in all sorts of hotels and motels, from fancy places to cheap ones, but Sunburst Motel is the only one where looking after guests feels like the top priority.
