Management was horrible to deal with. They say one thing in person, then change the terms at the last minute and cost tenants more money. They charge premium rates for apartments that aren't premium, and maintenance requests get turned back on you as property damage. They prey on elderly and unsuspecting tourists. All the stress and drama made me wish I'd been homeless instead. Don't waste your holiday or your sanity here.
A really disappointing experience. When we tried to explain our situation and how inaccurate the listing was, customer support and management were careless and no help at all. One of the worst experiences of my life.
The building is very old, and traffic noise, especially from buses and garbage collection trucks, carried on day and night. Management was terrible, and getting the bond back was made very difficult. Don't stay here.
Avoid renting with them and save yourself a problem. It was one of the worst experiences of my life.
I was just there to deliver food. It seemed nice, though.
