We had a wonderful family holiday at Wharf Boutique Apartments, and the location was perfect for us. The light rail and beach were nearby, with Cavill Ave just down the road. The rooms were nice, and we loved the pool and spa. We only wish we’d noticed the BBQ before our last night. A great spot for a holiday our family won’t forget.

One star. This company is so bad. They record you if you don’t follow something, bang on your door, lie, argue with you and yell at you. They say it’s private property, but that isn’t in the contract or anywhere else. They never do anything for you. If you do something they consider sensitive, they call the police. I never got my refund back. The dishes were dirty, everything was dirty, rusty and moldy, and the fan didn’t work. It didn’t even blow cold air.

Lilian, the manager, was amazing, really friendly and keen to help. Thanks, Lilian 🌸 Secure underground parking was a bonus, and the place was close to the beach and suited what we needed. The beds were comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too big. The curtain tracks need replacing because they were very hard to open and close.

The hosts, Lillian and the other manager whose name I’m sorry I’ve forgotten, were lovely, friendly and accommodating. Nothing was ever a problem. Thanks for having us. The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, like being at home. The beach is across the road, the tram is a quick walk away, and Surfers Paradise is about a 2 km walk.

We came with friends for a convention and found the location really handy. The rooms were a good size and comfortable. Lilian, the property manager, made the stay for us. She was responsible and incredibly friendly, and extended our late checkout, which worked perfectly with our delayed schedule. Highly recommend!
