The kids spent hours in the waves at Chiton Beach, just a couple of minutes' walk from Rocks Beach House. We also grabbed coffee and lunch at the Chiton Rocks Surf Lifesaving Club, and the house sits conveniently between Port Elliot and Victor Harbour for visiting local attractions. It worked brilliantly for our family holiday. We had breakfast on the balcony, and the air conditioning kept the place comfortable even on a day above 40°C. The quality BBQ was great for an evening cook-up. Inside, we had everything we needed, including 65” TVs. We brought our PlayStation, connected it, and used the in-house WiFi for games and streaming. Comfortable, well equipped, and we'd happily come back.

The owners made check-in and check-out simple with really clear communication. The holiday home was lovely and obviously well maintained. From there, it's a two-minute walk to the ocean pathway, which you can follow on foot to Port Elliot or Victor Harbor. We'll definitely be back.

There was plenty to keep the kids busy, with toys, games, equipment, and lawns at both the front and back to play on. The house was clean, tidy, and well laid out. The big, comfortable beds, which seemed new, and spacious bedrooms helped us all sleep well, and there was enough room for parents and kids to have their own space. Having bathrooms and toilets upstairs and downstairs was handy. The pantry had supplies, and there was loads of cooking gear and utensils. Booking was extremely easy. We'll come back and stay longer next time.

We had a wonderful weekend here with my big family and the grandkids. There was enough room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing, or for us all to spend time together. The holiday home was modern, very clean, and nicely equipped, in a lovely quiet spot. I'd happily return for another quick weekend away and recommend it to others.

We had a perfect family weekend here. The place was tidy, close to the shops and beach, and had a great enclosed yard with play equipment for the kids. Great accommodation, really. The only downside was having to leave! We'll definitely be back.
