Thoughtfully laid out rooms, a super-comfy bed and pillows, and everything was clean. The customer service was excellent and it was good value, right across from beautiful Hervey bay beach.

Breakfast was simple but fresh, and the room was spotless. The bed and pillows were genuinely comfortable, so I slept great. The front desk staff were super helpful when we arrived late. A really great stay, and I’d definitely come back :)

10/10
The room was immaculately clean and a decent size, with no dirt or mould anywhere. This place has been better than some four-star hotels I’ve stayed in. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly. Absolutely loved our stay. 10/10, I’d come again and would definitely recommend it to people!

Since my last stay, the rooms have been beautifully renovated and were immaculate, with lovely attention to detail. The beach, park and waterpark are all so close. I had a fantastic night and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here. Thanks for having us ☺️

6/10
The bed was very comfortable, and check-in was easy. Management were welcoming, too. The bathroom has been renovated, but the rest of the rooms feel very dated. There wasn’t a blanket, so I woke up freezing in the early hours. Lots of tradies left their rooms at the crack of dawn, and you can hear every stomp, toilet flush and door slam.
