We ate on the balcony looking over green fields, distant mountains and the local alpacas, then spent our last afternoon in the private, decent-sized pool. Haven Villa was spotless, peaceful and very private, with spacious, comfortable bedrooms. Our toddler slept well behind the darker blinds in the downstairs room, while my parents liked waking with the sun and those panoramic views upstairs. The location worked nicely for the nearby wedding we attended and a beach day at Shoalhaven Heads. Berry was only a short drive away for good food and shopping. Our Golden Retriever was entertained by the owners’ friendly dogs, too. It was a great weekend, and we hope to come back. Wendy and Kym were warm and welcoming hosts.

Only about an hour from Wollongong and five minutes from beautiful Berry. Such a peaceful, quiet place to stay, with great owners who made us feel very welcome. We’ll be back.

The Haven was in a fantastic spot for the quiet getaway we needed. Everything was clean and well organised. Highly recommend!

Thanks, we had a good time, though we expected fresh bath towels each day and only had one towel for the three days. There’s no Wi-Fi or mobile service, which was a problem. Our mary barked nonstop in the early hours, so none of us could sleep. Anyway, it was an experience. Thanks, guys 👍

Our family had a great time at Haven over Christmas. Kim helped arrange the accommodation and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. The place was beautiful, clean and spacious enough for the three of us and our dog. It sits on a large property with two other residences available to book, surrounded by lush bush and wildlife, including alpacas. The location is great, only a short
