The beds were really comfortable, and there was plenty of room for a good-sized group. A lovely spot with great amenities.

Coney made us feel so welcome throughout our stay, and this ended up being the best place I’ve stayed in Victoria. We chose Gypsy Creek BNB because it was closest to Gumbya world, and it was definitely worth the trip. Just to be clear, the old owners advertised the Winery as a restaurant and winery, but it’s now solely a BNB, so I’m reviewing only that experience. If you’re heading to Gumbya, I’d highly recommend staying here. See below for more details 😊

We had a fantastic three-day Easter stay, with wonderful views all around and a great base for day trips. Connie and Hari were lovely hosts and brought things over promptly whenever we needed them.

The potato pizza was one of the best I’ve ever had, and everything we tried on both visits was worth raving about. There are heaps of vegetarian and vegan choices, too. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was so peaceful enjoying the beautiful tapas at Gypsy Creek Winery. We’ve been twice lately and will be back regularly.

The house sweet wine, "Alexis", was lovely even though I’m not much of a wine person, and the prices are reasonable. We had a great meal with excellent service, plus the live jazz band was really entertaining. It’s a warm, friendly country winery and a nice place to get out of the city. Highly recommended, I’ll definitely go again.
