Blue Waters Luxury Holiday Apartments

Our top-floor apartment had lovely views, and the beach was right next door. With no elevator, the stairs definitely gave us some cardio. Parking in the onsite garage was handy, and check-in and checkout were easy. The pool was a real treat, and the theme parks were only about 11 to 20 minutes away. We loved the accommodation and highly recommend it!

I wouldn’t recommend room 15b. We stayed four nights, and it was disgusting. The bathrooms were filthy, with dirty grout, and the kitchen surfaces hadn’t been cleaned properly either. The curtains in the second bedroom were black with mould on the inside, and I took a photo of them. The shower door wouldn’t close properly. The sheets and pillowcases were clean, and there was plenty of space in the lounge and kitchen, but the room needs a complete redo. There were no lifts available.

Our apartment at Blue Waters was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We had a lovely view of Broadwater, and the kids enjoyed the pool. A huge thank you to Jenny, the manager, who went out of her way to find us somewhere to stay after we arrived in the evening and discovered Flight Centre hadn’t booked our accommodation, despite our booking flights and accommodation through them. Jenny looked after us that night while Flight Centre kept us on hold through much of a three-hour call as they went back and forth trying to sort it out.

We stayed for two weeks and it felt like home. The place was clean and tidy, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the laundry was too. The pool was clean and kept very tidy.
