The breakfast was wonderful and satisfying, brought to our kitchenette so we could enjoy it privately and take our time. The kimonos were a lovely touch, too. The place is magical, beautiful and homely, and somehow even better in real life than in photos. We had a perfect night under the stars in the tub, which was absolutely splendid. We fell in love with the place and will definitely be back.
The generous breakfast supplies in the fridge were a favourite, especially the muesli, compote and yogurt I looked forward to each morning. The designers own the property, and you can tell they’ve thought through every detail of this stylish two-bedroom house. What a delightful stay. This is where I want to stay every time I return to Launceston.
It has the feel of something between a B&B and a hotel, with very private, modern rooms tucked into a lush back garden behind the main house. The small kitchen area is stocked with great supplies for a wholesome breakfast or snacks, and the bedding and towels are all just right. A unique property, exceptionally well designed and managed.
The owners went above and beyond when I wanted to surprise my partner with flowers from a local florist, arranged in the room before we arrived. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and in a fantastic location. We had a wonderful weekend. Thank you!
