The room smelled nice and was clean and fresh, and I loved the comfy king bed and pillows. The bathroom was nicely equipped, and there was a little kitchenette. The air con cooled the room well. I'd book again.

The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The receptionist was efficient and sweet, and check-out was easy with the key drop before the receptionist arrived. But when I first walked into the room, there was a large cockroach on the desk. I called the after-hours number, and a lovely gentleman arrived within two minutes with bug spray and got rid of it for me.

The team at Hotel Gloria turned a stressful situation into a positive one. They were attentive to what I needed and made sure I had a safe, quiet place to rest. I'm truly grateful for their support. They're compassionate and professional, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area.

I could only wait downstairs at reception for someone to help, since it was the middle of the night and nobody was there. I woke at 3:00am in the summer because the room was too hot after I'd switched off the air conditioning due to the smell. Then I found a cockroach in my bed, which may have come from the air conditioning. I'm extremely afraid of insects. At 6:00am the receptionist arrived and helped tidy the room. He also gave me a new room to tidy up myself. Fortunately, it was only one night. I'd never stay at this hotel again. The room smelled and the facilities were old.
