The kids were happiest at the pool and playground, and the staff were lovely, always smiling and happy to share local tips. We found the park peaceful and easy to enjoy, with town, the beach and plenty of attractions close by. Our cabin was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The grounds were spotless and full of greenery, too. We had a fantastic stay at Mackay Discovery Parks and would definitely come back. Great for families, couples or anyone after a relaxing getaway.

We loved the quiet spot beside the wetlands, especially watching the birds. Our ensuite was clean and laid out well, and the grass around the park was green and looked after. There isn't much shade, though, since the palm trees don't offer much cover. We really enjoyed our caravan stay and would stay here again next time we're in Mackay.

The Christmas Day Santa drive-around with presents was lots of fun, and the staff were so nice. The park also ran a Christmas decorating competition and promised a prize, but never announced the winners, so it felt like people had put up all their lights for nothing. It was a pretty park where the kids could wander around and make friends, and the covered outdoor BBQ areas were lovely. The atmosphere was relaxed, and staff weren't constantly checking the rules. The Wi-Fi was horrible, though. The slide stayed closed the whole time we were there, and the main pool was hot.

The kids are already asking to go back, and honestly, we had just as good a time as they did. It was a fantastic park in a convenient location, with really clean facilities that were easy to get to. The staff were absolutely amazing. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. We'll definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Jayde made a rough week feel a lot calmer. We arrived a bit early, and she arranged a backup cabin in case our van took longer to repair. I really appreciated how helpful she was. Our site was mowed and clean, and there were plenty of facilities for the kids. Thank you for the amazing service.
