Wow, such a lovely place, with a perfect location and views. The room was beautiful, and the kitchenette was a fabulous surprise. The bathroom and toiletries were lovely too. I did think it was a little expensive for room only, but the view and closeness to the beach changed my mind. ❤️

The one thing that bothered me was the $40 per night parking charge. I hadn’t expected it, and it felt excessive for a four-night stay. Otherwise, we had a comfortable and enjoyable visit as part of Club Wyndham. The room was older style, but spacious and clean. The location is fantastic, right across from Manly beach and an easy walk to Shelley beach, the wharf and restaurants. Reception and cleaning staff were great. They brought fresh towels as soon as we asked and kept everything exceptionally clean and presentable, even with everyone bringing in sand from the beach. The pool in Sebel building was cold, but we were allowed to use the warm pool in Peppers building. Free Wi-Fi and TV streaming services were available in the room.

Our stay at the Sebel Manly was wonderful, especially because of the service from Victoria and Tia. There was a misunderstanding with our booking, and these two ladies went above and beyond to sort it out. They’re a real credit to client service. Thank you, we’ll definitely be back.

The staff were wonderful, especially the bloke who often helped us. Sorry, I didn’t catch your name, but I saw the “trainee” badge. We were very pleased with our choice of the family room in the South Tower for the extra space. It was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony while local birds visited. The pool was great, with more shade and much quieter than the other building. There wasn’t much of a view from the room, but the beach was so close and we didn’t get the noise. Really no negatives to speak of. I’d book that room again straight away for next year if reservations were open!

The only drawback was reaching the hotel through the service alley behind Peppers. The staff were super helpful when we arrived early and the room wasn’t ready. They let us do the paperwork, looked after our luggage and gave us a key card so we could use the hotel facilities. They called when the room was ready and took our bags up. The room was comfortable, spacious, clean and fresh, and the partial beach view was as described.
