Craig at reception was amazing and so accommodating. The room was impeccable, and the location was great and quiet, so we had undisturbed nights. From booking through arrival and checkout, the whole experience felt highly professional. Absolutely recommend.

The location is amazing, just around the corner from south melbourne markets and a short walk to the casino and city. I stayed for a week and it was perfect. The apartment had an excellent view, the staff were extremely helpful, and the room was clean and spacious.

The booking process felt like an auction. In my experience, if someone else offers more, your booking can be quietly bumped with no warning or explanation. Payment deadlines weren’t clearly stated, emails were vague, and my stay was cancelled without giving me a real chance to pay. I also saw another review about a $3000 booking being prioritized over smaller ones, which made me feel this wasn’t a one-off. When things went wrong, staff were useless: no ownership, apology, or explanation, just silence or attitude. My own experience was dismissive and careless. They clearly value money over people. There was no transparency, professionalism, or respect. It may look peaceful, but behind the scenes I found zero integrity. You’re better off spending your money somewhere else. The only thing hot here is how fast they burn your booking.

We were hours into the drive to Melbourne when I found out the booking had been cancelled, leaving us scrambling for somewhere else at short notice and costing hundreds more. You knowingly bumped or cancelled our booking when a larger 11 night, $3000 booking came along. I couldn’t pay at the time I booked, so I had to wait for you to email me about payment. The email arrived at 10am, then a couple of hours later you cancelled without warning. There was no email, text, or phone call saying payment was due by a certain time, and the original email didn’t mention a deadline. The experience was bad enough, but the customer service was worse. They had no answers for why this happened or why we were treated this way. We deserve an acceptance of fault from you, at the very least.
