The staff are excellent, and the housekeeping team are amazing, better than at five-star hotels. Shopping is close by and awesome. The rooms are old, but you get a 37" TV, air conditioning, powerpoints, a kettle, microwave, fridge, and a good toilet and shower. It’s one of the cheapest around. It’s Footscray, though, so you might hear yelling or get a knock on your door at 10pm. This is a place to stay cheaply if you know what you’re doing, think of it like a backpacker’s. I was okay. So were the #bedbugs and #homeless.

The location was fantastic for my stay at the Palms Hotel in Melbourne. Major attractions, restaurants, and public transport were all close by, which would make it convenient for tourists or business travellers. I had a very pleasant experience.

Very disappointed. They don’t even provide towels in the room.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the accommodation was cheap and affordable. The location is perfect for getting around Melbourne.

A great place for a holiday and a chance to get away. The rooms are really nice, the service is great, and the location is great too. 100% recommended, keep it up 👍
