Location, amenities and service are all great, but think carefully about the trade-offs before staying here. When it’s windy, the building makes noises so loud they keep me awake. Sometimes it feels like my window could be blown right out of the structure. That’s how bad the building noise is.
Management were understanding, helpful and very compassionate, and that’s the only reason I’m giving this two stars. The cleaning was awful. There were dirty dishes in the cupboard and dirty towels in the ensuite cupboard. In one room, the sheets weren’t clean or properly made, so I had to wash them myself just to be able to sleep. The dishwasher didn’t work, there was no sink plug, and the window was completely cracked. This was the worst paid accommodation I’ve had. The cleaners need to check their work. I’d give them zero stars.
The automatic parking system works fine for now, though I wonder how it’ll hold up ten years from now. The building has some design issues, including poor ventilation and annoying wind noise on the higher floors.
Loved the view from my Airbnb on the 75th floor. The location and the view are both fantastic!
A clean, beautiful apartment in a great spot, across from Queen Victoria Market and close to the railway station. A good option for students and tourists.
