Diane was lovely and very helpful, and the location made it easy to walk to the main shops and cafes in about 15 minutes. The villas are spotless and spacious, with a large lounge and back patio. There’s onsite parking, so the car is off the road. The beds are on the firm side but still comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and cleaning products are supplied, though bring your own oil if you plan to cook. We really loved our stay and would love to return.

The owners quickly sorted out my last-minute request for a cot and had it set up with linen in the room I asked for. The villa was exceptionally clean, with plenty of warm linen and towels, and was fantastic for what we needed. We visit family in Mudgee regularly and have stayed in lots of different places, but this is the best value, clean and comfortable accommodation we’ve found. We’ll definitely be back.

Clean, well-equipped villas in a great little spot. The electric blankets helped, and the lounge room’s A/C kept the whole place warm. Shops and Mudgee’s main streets are close by. Highly recommend.

The gardens were beautiful and it was nice and quiet. These are lovely, clean villas, well placed for town and the local vineyards. Mudgee isn’t cheap, so staying in a villa with the family is great value compared with a hotel. I really enjoyed my stay last week.

We know Mudgee well and had a brilliant time. We usually book the Villas, but the house was available this time and it had so much space. Everything was clean, tidy and functional. I especially liked having a Chromecast on the main TV. I’d recommend it.
