The Willows was spacious and very clean, with plenty of room for the four adults in our group. Hayley at Peppertree made the booking process easy, with thorough follow up and clear, useful information about the property and how to get in. The generous complimentary snacks, easy to use coffee machine, extra hair towels and luxurious robes all showed real thought. It’s also close to town. We’d highly recommend it for the property and the customer service, which went above and beyond.

The Willows was quiet, clean and had everything we needed, including fresh milk in the fridge. Our stay was amazing, but I’ve rated it four stars because there were a lot of cockroaches in the house. This needs to be dealt with immediately.

We felt welcome as soon as we arrived at villa 3 at The Willows, with music on the tv, air conditioning running, and the bedside and living room lights on. The owner has thought of every detail for a comfortable stay. The property is superb, beautifully furnished, with quality bedding and towels, plenty of complimentary snacks and just about everything you could need. The sumptuous robes impressed my daughter so much she asked me to find out where to buy them, lol. Our family has a Mudgee reunion every March and we’ve always stayed in hotels, but this stunning property will be our choice every year. We enjoyed it so much that we’re planning another weekend there soon. Thanks to the owner for taking such care of guests’ comfort. Five stars plus.

Unit 3 was quiet and easy to access, with double garage parking. It’s clean, modern and fully self contained, with plenty of room for a family. They’ve thought of all sorts of extras, from robes and scuffs to complimentary snacks, minibar, minties, different coffees and teas, and free internet. Communication was great from booking through to arrival, and the keypad entry details made things easy when we weren’t sure what time we’d get there. I’d highly recommend it and would stay again when visiting family in the area.
