Wifi basically doesn’t work, and reception is bad in general. The green spaces are lovely, with big shady trees and bird life everywhere. It’s quite a hike down a steep bush track to the beach. There aren’t many amenities for kids, though nature can take care of that. From the top of the hill, the views are gorgeous and you can watch sea eagles flying. The ladies at the front desk were lovely. Toilets are dated but spacious and clean. The water is hot, though pressure is low. The camp kitchen is very basic, with no gas cookers. We enjoyed our time.

We stayed eight nights from Boxing Day. The location is ideal, dog friendly, and close to clubs, restaurants and shops. The cliffs have beautiful views, and the park was reasonably well kept. But our powered site was by far the worst I’ve had at any of the Reflections parks we’ve stayed in. It ran parallel to the road, and we had to put the van at the road’s edge to have enough room to extend the awning. We looked out at the garbage dumpsters and toilets. At this time of year the bins were constantly full, with an unacceptable smell and constant noise from people emptying cans and bottles into the recycling bins. Our stay wasn’t as enjoyable as expected, after staying at other Reflections holiday parks. Avoid site 17 when booking.
Even when full during the holidays, the park didn’t feel crowded. It’s a great spot for our wind up camper, with lots of open space. The kids rode bikes around, the dog had room to run, and there’s a track out the back to a fantastic dog beach. Great for pooches. On Friday there was a pizza van, plus kids’ activities. Mine did some planting and had a great time. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and close to everyone. It’s laid back and well run, and we’d definitely stay again.
The sites feel private, set in rows down the hill, one level behind the next, so you can look out over the caravans behind you. This is a lovely, quiet park on the headland, about 50m above the beach, so it’s different from other beachfront caravan parks. It’s small, with basic facilities and gravel roads, and probably not worth bringing bikes. The amenities block was clean and the service excellent. The little camp kitchen had the basics, and there’s also a BBQ up on top of the headland, with breathtaking views nearby. A cute walking track leads to the beach, sloping down for the first 200m, then getting steeper for the final 50m. Good to have dog washing facilities and a car wash area. The dog beach is a lovely open, untouched stretch, shared with infrequent 4WD access. Flags are a 5-10 minute walk from the park.
A 10/10 spot, with very helpful staff. The grounds and beach are beautiful, and the facilities are clean, tidy and have everything you’d need. It’s tucked away on the coast, so it doesn’t get too loud or rowdy.
