We came for a concert, and the hosts made us feel welcome right away. Richard knows the Hunter well and had plenty of ideas for places to explore. Our room was roomy and cozy, with a good-sized bathroom and a spacious bed. After a full day out, the spa rooms sound like a great way to unwind. My partner and I also enjoyed the basketball and tennis court, and there was gear there for us to use. We'd happily stay again and recommend it to family and friends.

We only stayed overnight before a wedding, but Florence and Richard were so kind that we'd come back for them alone. Florence helped me sort out a dress problem and arranged local transport to and from the wedding for an extra charge. The room was clean, had air conditioning, and was exactly what we booked. We could also use the facilities in the house next door, and the garden was well maintained. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or spa, so we'd try those next time.

We made use of the pool and outdoor space, and everything was very clean. The beds were great, and the place had what we needed. It felt relaxed and homely, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. Having a bus stop right out front was especially handy for concerts.

Richard and his wife were lovely and clearly wanted us to feel comfortable throughout our stay. The room was large and comfortable, and the location made getting around easy. It was just right for our short Hunter Valley trip, and we'd come back.

The spa suites were amazing, and we all slept extremely well. We came as a large group for a wedding and found the place tidy, well presented, and equipped with everything we needed. Richard was a wonderful host and made the weekend feel faultless. Great value, and we'll definitely stay at Getaway Inn Boutique again.
