We stopped in for lunch after a local recommended it, and were really glad we did. I had one of the nicest steak sandwiches I’ve had on our travels. My wife really liked her Southern fried chicken burger too. I didn’t try the beer, so can’t comment on that. It’s a very clean, tidy pub with friendly staff, great service and a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend.

The food’s been amazing. We had the roast of the day for lunch, then bangers and mash and steak for dinner. Honestly, that chef is top three on MasterChef level, Gordon Ramsay included, I swear. Everything was so delicious I didn’t even need salt and pepper, and I love salt and pepper, so that says a lot. The chef deserves employee of the year. They bring the meals right to our room, and the staff are so friendly. The room itself is great too, with aircon, TV and a comfy bed. If you don’t come here, you’re missing out. I didn’t get a photo of dinner because we inhaled it.

I often drop in for a couple of drinks after work. The staff, including Kayla and Charlie, make you feel welcome, and the atmosphere is nice and relaxing. The meals are consistently very good too. Highly recommend.

We had a great time, and even won $150 on the pokies! The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. The staff are really friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks, Tandy Team, keep up the great work ❤️

Charlie and Kylie were wonderful managers, with the biggest hearts. We’d travelled from Cairns and reached Sarina at 2am. They stayed up to make sure we arrived safely, then checked us in themselves so we could rest for a few hours before driving on to Brisbane. We slept so well. The room was spotless, fresh and comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked like a dream. Thank you both for the lovely hospitality. I know where I’ll stay next time I’m passing through!
