I was troubled one early morning by a distressed dog, despite the clear rule against pets in the village. Some people can be discourteous and irreverent about that. Apart from that, Ti-Tree Village, Ocean Grove has a lovely community feel. The cottages are great, the grounds are calm, welcoming, and very well cared for, and the accommodation was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped for self-catering. There’s a nice mix of privacy and connection, so residents can be independent while still feeling included and supported. I especially enjoyed reading “A Little Bit of Village History.” It’s a thoughtful detail that gives the place warmth and a sense of its roots. The village is also conveniently close to the beach, shops, and essential services. Get in touch if you'd like to see it or become part of it.

Everything we asked for was taken care of, and Jodie even offered us early check-in and a late checkout. She also arranged flowers for our anniversary. The rooms were clean and just right, and we had an amazing weekend. Definitely recommend it, and we'll be back.

The house is absolutely beautiful, with so much thought put into each room. Everything you could need is provided, so we only needed to bring clothes and food. The indoor fireplace came with firewood and was a big plus. I can't really describe the atmosphere, you should go see it for yourself! A lovely treat for yourself or someone you care about.

There’s a communal barbeque, and the place has a fireplace with wood supplied. It’s basic, but warm and in a great location. Lovely stay.

There was no WiFi, and Testra was worse than dial-up from 25 years ago. I got 1.7mbs download and 0.05 upload. I wasted half an hour trying to connect to the four TiTree connections, with no luck.
